White Sage, Salvia apiana, is a lovely variety of Sage that has soft gray-white foliage and white flowers in the late summer. White Sage is a native plant of Southern California that is often dried and used in ceremonies as incense, due to it's pungent scent when burned. It is a butterfly and hummingbird attractor as well as being deer resistant. White Sage grows 2'-3' tall and 9"-12" wide. Zone 8-11
