Breads, biscuits, potato soups and cream sauces come alive with the robust flavor of rosemary and it also goes well with tomatoes, spinach, peas, mushrooms, squash, cheese, eggs and lentils. This Mediterranean plant can over winter in areas where the temperature does not go below -10 degrees and thrives in all the sun it can get.
