Rosemarinus officinalis, is aromatic, medicinal, and ornamental. Various colored blooms in summer. Rosemary is an evergreen perennial that looks handsome in any garden. Rosemary’s flavor is pungent, piney, and it has a wonderful scent when brushed against in the garden. It combines well with a large variety of foods. Rosemary enhances the flavor of poultry, veal, pork beef, and game. Breads, biscuits, potato soups and cream sauces come alive with the robust flavor of rosemary and it also goes well with tomatoes, spinach, peas, mushrooms, squash, cheese, eggs and lentils. This Mediterranean plant can over winter in areas where the temperature does not go below -10 degrees and thrives in all the sun it can get.  

 Arp........grows 36-60" tall and spreads 24-36".  Zone 6-10.  One of the most cold hardy cultivars.  Slightly greyer foliage than some rosemary's.
