Guarantee

We guarantee that our plants are strong, healthy, and to the best of our knowledge, correctly labeled.

If there are problems or if any plant is damaged during shipment or arrives in poor condition, we must know immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation. We cannot be responsible for weather or cultural conditions of your garden.

We cannot guarantee our plants through events that we have no control over, such as:

• Your gardening abilities and/or plant knowledge
• Weather- drought, floods, etc.
• Herbivores: moles, rabbits, deer, etc.
• Pet damage
• Your soil - and/or conditions of your planting area such as drainage or pH
• Mechanical abuse- mowers, weed whackers, etc.
• Chemical abuse or misuse
• Lack of water or over-watering

We will be glad to correct any problems that are our fault, but cannot be held liable for any amount greater than the purchase price.
