German Chamomile is a European native that we treat as an annual.  White with yellow daisy like flowers are used for herbal teas, cosmetics, and essential oils. These dainty flowers are very prolific and can be used fresh or dried and remember it is best to harvest them the day they open and leave some to reseed for next year.
