African Lily of the Nile, Agapanthus africanus 'Blue', grows 18"-36". Zone 7-10. Clusters of lovely blue funnel- shaped flowers rise above evergreen strap- like foliage.  Blooms in mid summer and is a tender perennial here so it must have an extra layer of winter protection.  Can treat as an annual in colder climates and is well worth it as its flowers are breathtaking...
