Bottlebrush Buckeye, Aesculus parviflorum, grows 10’. Zone 4-9. A ten-foot native shrub with attractive and unusual 9” long palmate leaves that are a showy yellow color in fall. This suckering plant forms a colony. Plant in masses or as a specimen. A superb shrub for foliage effect. Tolerates all but poorly drained site.
